  • Data held as a single XML file with 5 namespaces
  • A library of XSLT components developed to extract specific components, build Toc, view digital signatures, etc.
  • XSLT used to transform e.g. CML molecules/Spectra to Browser display using conventional plugin/applet (Chime, JME, Chemaxon, etc)
  • JUMBO can be used to read article and display/search just molecule components
  • XSLFO can be used to create an Acrobat version for printing
  • Can be stored in eg XML Repository or XML-aware SQL/Oracle databases
